Christos Georgoulas

Christos Georgoulas received the BEng Degree of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in June 2002 and the MSc Degree in Embedded Systems Engineering in September 2003 from the Department of Computing & Electrical Engineering, Edinburgh Heriot-Watt University, Scotland, and his  Ph.D. degree in Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece in 2010. He is member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He is currently involved in an international (European) research project in the field of real-time machine vision systems.

His research interests are mainly machine vision, image processing, robotics and real-time FPGA-based system design.
